James is your fully licensed & insured Building & Pest inspector with near 45 years of experience. He is a fully qualified Carpenter/ Joiner starting his apprenticeship in 1975 giving him an immense experience in the building industry from Design and Construction (Prestige), Commercial and Industrial Project Managing for Private, Local, State and Federal Government Multi-Million Dollar projects i.e. SIHIP in Northern Territory and NBN in Perth.
After serving 6 years in the Defence Force, James continued his passion in the Building Industry by acquiring his Builder’s Licence in 1998. In this way James was able to service and build his ‘Clients’ Dream Home with the assurance that they were structurally sound and stunning winning many HIA awards.
James’ Qualification is:
- Trade Carpentry/ Joinery
- Registered Builder (WA)
- Diploma of Project Management
- Cert IV Trader and Assessor
- Cert III in Pest Management
- QMBA Building Inspection certificate.

These inspections include, but not limited to checking where possible all electrical, plumbing, appliances, on the roof, in roof void, throughout internal of the building and out in the property area. James also looks for any structural problems, condition conducive to structural, defects of non-compliance to building codes and any unsafe workmanship within the scope of his qualification.
