What's Included In A Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Service?

Your licensed & fully qualified building inspector is a trained professional with years of industry experience.

We will liaise with yourself and the real estate to organise a time for the pre-purchase property inspection and we encourage you to attend.

Your inspector will perform a thorough pest and building inspection of the property looking for issues such as:

  • Evidence of termite activity or termite damage.
  • Observable structural defects.
  • Structural inspection looking for observable structural damage.
  • Evidence of defects or damage that may cause potential issues in the future.

This involves a comprehensive visual inspection of all accessible parts of the property such as:

  • Interior of the building
  • The exterior of the building
  • Roof space
  • Under-floor space
  • Roof exterior (subject to health and safety regulations)
  • Garage, carport and garden shed
  • Separate laundry or toilet
  • Small retaining walls (ie. non-structural)

After Your Building & Pest Inspection

You have received your comprehensive report, now what?

After your inspection, the building report will highlight any defects to the property and their urgency. It will also indicate any conditions conducive to structural defects.
