Just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with David. We have bought and sold a handful of properties at no time have we ever met a B&P inspector who has taken that much time, and care to explain everything in a thorough manner.

Dave was excellent in explaining his findings to me by phone. I have been saved a lot of money by not proceeding with purchase of the property as a result of those findings.

Kim was very good at ascertaining what I was after on the phone (time frame, need for verbal confirmation) and made sure my request was forwarded to Steve. Though I was not at the site, I am told by the Real Estate Sales person (Amos Whytlaw) that he was very thorough and he commented that he was the most thorough inspector he’d seen. Steve was prompt to phone me back and to go through the specific details with me and the report was emailed through to me by the following morning just as he said it would. Very impressed!
