Being the first dedicated building and pest inspection company in Queensland gives us the experience, knowledge and the people to undertake any job, and we're expanding to provide our service throughout Australia! This enables us to provide you with a property report that has been carried out to the highest standards and levels of professionalism. Each year we carry out in excess of 18,000 inspections.

Master BuildersWe are a fully licenced and insured company and a proud member of the Master Builders Association and the Institute of Building Consultants. We work in accordance with the current Australian Standards and, because we are independent of any third parties, you can be confident that the property report has been written for you.

All property inspections will be carried out by highly trained industry professionals, to provide you with a comprehensive and independent property report at the most competitive price.

Our building and pest inspectors cover South East and Greater Queensland, up to Cairns and the Tropical North, Perth North and the Swan Valley region in Perth as well as Northern NSW, Sydney, Central Coast and Coffs Harbour in New South Wales.

Our Environmental Footprint

Inspect My Home is continually working to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet, having taken a number of steps to ensure we are environmentally friendly.

Over the past few years we have significantly reduced the amount of paper we use from over 300 realms of paper per month to just 3-4 realms each month. With high levels of customer support, we are now emailing our property reports, invoices, and any extra information to our clients, which not only cuts printing and postage costs, but also allows clients to receive their reports fast (within 48 hours). A hard copy can be provided if needed.

In 2006 Inspect My Home also embarked on replacing our fleet of 20 six cylinder vehicles with newer, smaller, economical four cylinder vehicles which ultimately cut our fuel consumption in half - from 1,500 litres per month to approximately 700 litres per month. The introduction of our new fleet of economical vehicles will also contribute to the reduction of air pollution.
