In the week ending October 18, 2015, Sydney’s North Shore was proud to be home to numbers 1, 5 and 8.
Mosman property, 14 Harbour Street, took the gold medal in CoreLogic RP Data’s Australian top ten sales for the week ending October 18 2015.
The $4,500,000 property is a 5 bedroom family home sitting on 642sqm with al fresco living space and saltwater pool.
Coming in at Number 5 in the list was the 1936 Waverton property at 59 Crows Nest Road. The property came in at $3,650,000 and is elegant 5 bedroom house with art deco features.
Finally at Number 8, ‘Whale Cottage’ of North Sydney, an architectural gem sold for a clean $3,000,000. This 4 bedroom property was enhanced by acclaimed architect Kenneth Anderson.
