Around 50,000 North Shore homes and businesses are on the map to receive broadband via the National Broadband Network (NBN).
Beginning in 2017, the rollout will see construction beginning in areas like Artarmon, Chatswood, Gordon, Killara, Lindfield, Pymble and Roseville.
The roll out should be finished with connections ready to go in September 2018. Residents and business owners will then see speeds of up to 100 Megabits per second with a look to faster speeds in the future.
