While the rest of Sydney’s clearance rates have kept below 70% for over a month, the Inner West has proven to be far more resilient with a clearance rate of 80%.
Many homeowners have taken advantage of this with a 40% rise in the number of properties going to auction since this time last year.

It’s a good area with quality schools, the Homebush village shops and eateries and it’s still close to the city and Parramatta CBD.
