Anthony Falas of the Crown Group Project said “We’ve been inundated with enquiries about our new release, which shows the demand for quality apartments at this price point in Parramatta. “The tower will measure 29 stories and will house 519 luxury apartments, resort style facilities and a landscaped communal garden on level 19.
V by Crown is located just 200 metres from Parramatta Square, which is the epicentre of the Parramatta City Council’s billion dollar urban renewal project.  This was surely a drawcard for the newly-released apartments as well as the close proximity to Parramatta Station, Park, retail and commercial precinct.
