Cabarita has clocked in as the most expensive suburb in Sydney’s Inner West.
This year the median house price rose 47.9 per cent to $2.44 million according to CoreLogic RP Data.
This beautiful Inner West Bayside suburb beat out other reputable suburbs like Balmain East, Chiswick and Strathfield where the median house price is valued at $2 million.
Ben Horwood from LJ Hooker Concord said, “It’s a very boutique suburb,” he said. “There are not many properties and it’s surrounded by water and a new development at Breakfast Point. It’s quickly become one of the pinnacles of the inner west.”
Other suburbs in the Inner West which recorded strong growth were Abbortsford, Chiswick, Concord West and Liberty Grove.
In regards to apartments, Rozelle showed the strongest growth followed by Concord West, Rhodes, Croydon and Concord.
