Sydney developer, Platino Properties, is creating a new neighbourhood inside of Chatswood as they release an apartment complex which covers an entire block.
The $300 million development sits on the edge of Chatwsood’s CBD and is set to help apartment buyer demand in Sydney.
Chatswood Place is set to incorporate edgy, urban architecture to embrace its proximity to the Chatswood CBD and also traditional lines as it also sits on the edge of suburban Chatswood.
Residential Director of Platino Properties, Jonathan Leib, said, “in the centre is a heritage house that has been sitting on that corner for more than 100 years, so the challenge for the architects was to create a variety of styles that all sit within a common architectural language.”
There are apartments that appeal to a whole range of buyers with prices starting at studios for $725,000 and two magnificent four-bedroom penthouses that should reach up to the $4 million range – and plenty in between.
The five apartment buildings sit on top of a one or two level podium which is where the commercial and shopping district is situation.
Mr Leib said “when you come to the bottom of the residential area there’s a private communal garden. On the apartment rooftops there’s the pool, gymnasium, barbecue areas and sheltered entertainment pavilion that’s also for the residents’ exclusive use.”
There are also shops, amenities, dining precinct and community facilities like childcare services.
The gardens are for residents only and will feel like an oasis of lush greenery and as the apartments are not towers plenty of light and air should trickle down into your very own sanctuary.
This feeling will transfer up to your apartment as well with views stretching over the suburbs and to Chatswood CBD.
