Time is of the essence.<\/h2>\n<p>Identification of damaging timber pests such as termites, borers and decay, sooner rather than later, is critical.<\/p>\n<p>The damage that these pests can inflict in a short period of time is great.\u00a0 Once identified, appropriate urgent action can be taken as agreed by the Vendor and\/or the Purchaser of the property.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Identify existing pest management systems<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/building-pest-inspections-perth-north.html\">Our inspector<\/a> will identify whether there are any pest management systems already in place on the property and how to ensure that existing warranties remain valid.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Prevention is better than the cure.<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/pest-termite-inspections.html\">pest inspection<\/a> will detect conditions that may encourage future attack and the written report will contain information to help limit exposure.\u00a0 Prevention is always less costly!\u00a0 We advise that any recommendations detailed in the report be followed without delay. We can also advise on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/termite-treatment-management.html\">termite control plan<\/a> if they are found on the property.<\/p>\n<h2>5.
