This is 10 times less than the 300 people that have registered their interest on the Stockland Altrove website.<\/p>\n<p>Stockland general manager for NSW Residential, Gavin Tonnet said, \u201cOn average, we continue to receive between 50 and 100 new customer inquiries [for each of our western Sydney communities] every week, with first-home buyers and upgraders representing more than 70 per cent of our customers and the balance of inquiries coming from investors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stockland house and land developers believe that the ballot system offers customers to participate in a fair manner especially as the Rouse Hill project has such high levels of interest.<\/p>\n<p>Interested in properties in the Rouse Hill area?
