{"id":345,"date":"2015-08-10T10:17:58","date_gmt":"2015-08-10T00:17:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/blog\/?p=345"},"modified":"2018-04-24T10:46:20","modified_gmt":"2018-04-24T00:46:20","slug":"palm-beach-drops-to-6th-spot-expensive-list","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/blog\/palm-beach-drops-to-6th-spot-expensive-list\/","title":{"rendered":"Palm Beach Drops To 6th Spot On Northern Beaches Most Expensive List"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corelogic.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CoreLogic RP Data<\/a> released that Palm Beach\u2019s median sale price has fallen below $2 million at a fall over 24.4% over the last 12 months.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is the first time in 10 years that the median price has dropped so low and sees Palm Beach ranked at 6<sup>th <\/sup>place on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/building-pest-inspection-northern-beaches.html\">Northern Beaches<\/a> most expensive list.<!--more--><br \/>\nLocal realtor, David Edwards, of LJ Hooker Palm Beach, believes that buyers at the top end have little confidence in the property market.
