Mr Ward said of the North Shore, &#8220;There is a lot of Asian interest in the area and some particularly good schools,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The North Shore suburb of Turramurra set a new residential record with the sale of a grand 6 bedroom house on one of the area\u2019s finest streets. The property was sold to an Australian resident after beating out another local couple and three Chinese buyers.<\/p>\n<p>The property reminded Mr Ward of a previous sale he had in the North Shore suburb of Warrawee and he believes that it is a sign that the top end in the upper North Shore was starting to take off.
