Most of the suburbs on the Top 10 list are located on or very close to the harbour.<\/p>\n<p>Elliot Placks from Ray White Double Bay said, the size, quality and lifestyle that can be offered to an individual if they\u2019ve got the capacity is astounding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr Placks said Chinese buyers have been a strong driving force in the top end of Sydney\u2019s market.<\/p>\n<p>A list of the most expensive properties sold in 2015 was also released and the North Shore suburb, Cammeray came in at Number 7 with a price of $13 \u2013 15 million.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowdroy Avenue property is the former home of Joanne Mineham, the widow of PricewaterhouseCoopers deputy CEO Leigh Mineham.<\/p>\n<p>Buying a home in these suburbs is a serious investment decision and should not be taken lightly.
