It\u2019s a great destination for first home buyers and recently the suburb had a bunch of new and exciting restaurants come to stay and with such a quick commute to city or surf it\u2019s no wonder youngsters are moving here<\/p>\n<h3>Lane Cove<\/h3>\n<p>There are a whole host of luxury boutique developments popping up over Lane Cove which has met the demands of young professional and young family buyers. The older generation has moved out making way for cool new restaurants and shops to enjoy some cheaper rents found in this neck of the woods<\/p>\n<h3>Crows Nest<\/h3>\n<p>Crows Nest is known for its terrace houses and village atmosphere and its popularity is evident as the suburb showed huge price growth of up to 20.7 per cent.
