By now most people know if you\u2019re buying a home it\u2019s important to have an experienced inspector do a building and pest report so you know what you\u2019re getting yourself into.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Unfortunately the same doesn\u2019t apply to rental properties.<\/p>\n
