Within the space of an hour, forty percent of 101 apartments were sold at the launch for CPM Reality\u2019s Ashfield Central.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n


\nBuyers came from as far away as Thornleigh and Waverly to line up from early morning so that they could get their piece of Inner West Sydney real estate.<\/p>\n

The Ashfield development attracted first-home buyers, investors and owner-occupier with many residents from surrounding suburbs like Marrickville, Leichardt and Campsie wanting to break into the Inner West property market.<\/p>\n

Sarah Choy previously rented in Ashfield and said of her new buy, \u201dIt\u2019s very central to the city, the train station is just down the road and the price is quite reasonable. I\u2019m looking forward to seeing how it turns out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Sam Elbanna, the managing director of CPM Realty said, \u201cThe result from today reflects how buyers are recognising superior quality and locations as driving factors when making decisions about buying property and making investments.\u201d<\/p>\n

The complex has been designed by JPR Architects and will include a retail and dining precinct as well as rooftop gardens. No doubt that 40 buyers can\u2019t wait for the October 2017 completion date!<\/p>\n
