Mr Fan said, \u201cPeople are attracted to Parramatta because it is well priced and affordable as compared to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inspectmyhome.com.au\/building-pest-inspection-sydney-inner-west.html\">inner west<\/a>, while offering a range of amenities and job opportunities.
