Inspector Brett Williams recently noticed a damp smell while inspecting a home unit for a potential Buyer.\u00a0 On further investigation, he located the internal plumbing shaft between this particular unit and the next.\u00a0 Inside, it was extremely wet and had in fact been filling with water when the neighbour next door did her washing!\u00a0 A plumber will now be engaged by the Vendor to rectify this issue prior to settlement.<\/p>\n
