Currently the Gold Coast region has a population of just over half a million people enjoying plenty of space, warm weather, access to beaches, schools, a thriving business sector, tourist attractions and the scenic hinterland.<\/p>\r\n

From beachside houses to those on the canals, housing estates and hinterland acreages, there is a diverse range of properties and houses on offer on the Gold Coast. At the end of 2015 the Gold Coast\u2019s median house price was $535,000. This sits between the lowest median house price of $350,000 in Springbrook, and the highest at $1.1 million in the prominent suburb of Surfers Paradise.<\/p>\r\n
