According to a comprehensive study by Domain, public school catchment zones are making significant increases to house prices in suburbs around Australia.
The school which is leader of the pack Australia wide is Parramatta Public School who’s surrounding suburbs have seen a 56.5% increase in the median price over the past 12 months. Nearby, Ashbury Public School appears to have driven the median housing price up by 46.6% in the past year.
