Balmoral Beach is set to become home to a new luxury residential unit development going up two streets back from the foreshore.
This offering by the Moore Development Group is unusual for the area as Council tends to lean towards housing and duplex developments rather than higher density projects.
‘Lavoni Balmoral’ will be comprised eight three-bedroom apartments ranging from 120 to 189 sqm.
These luxury apartments have been designed by Cracknell and Lonergan Architects and they will give owners the ability to choose finishings, flooring and colours.

He finished saying, “It truly is an opportunity that I believe will not be able to be repeated due to the local planning controls.”
Apartments at ‘Lavoni Balmoral’ will be completed within the first half of 2017 and will be priced from $3.445 million.
